Junior League of Martin County
The Junior League of Martin County, Inc. (JLMC) is an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women and improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. Its purpose is exclusively educational and charitable. The JLMC has provided more than 8,000 books to Martin County teachers through our Books for Kids program that began in 2015. Our community partners are numerous and include The Children’s Museum of the Treasure Coast, Gertrude Walden Child Care Center, House of Hope, Hibiscus Children’s Center and many other various non-profits geared to women and children in Martin, St. Lucie and Eastern Okeechobee counties.
