Council on Aging of Martin County

The mission of the Council on Aging of Martin County is to help seniors live young at any age by remaining independent, healthy and living in their own homes. The private, non-profit organization provides a range of services, including Meals on Wheels, Kane Cuisine, an adult day program, adult-focused primary medical care at the Kane Clinic, care management and caregiver support. The Kane Center, the home of the Council on Aging, is a state-of-the-art facility designed to serve all seniors, from the active to the frail, through comprehensive social, wellness, medical, nutritional, educational and cultural programs.
