Equine Rescue and Adoption Foundation

The Equine Rescue and Adoption Foundation, Inc. (ERAF) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization devoted to the rescue, rehabilitation, re-education and adoption of abused, slaughter-bound, abandoned and neglected horses. We work closely with Sheriff’s Departments and Animal Care and Control Departments to identify these horses and remove them from dangerous environments. Our dedicated professional providers, supporters and volunteers work to rehabilitate and care for these magnificent horses to bring them to a healthy state. There are many volunteer opportunities doing barn and stall maintenance, gardening, office work and fundraising. We depend on individual donations and corporate sponsors for support.
