Our mission is to preserve, conserve, enhance and promote Hugh Taylor Birch State Park with the help of the community. We have a 35-member board led by Chair Jim Ellis who is the catalyst for projects to add a public floating boat dock, raise and restore the 1.2 -mile seawall, widen the loop road for safety purposes and add Marti’s Meditation Garden.
