KID, Inc.

Kids In Distress of Broward and Palm Beach counties (KID) is a licensed nationally accredited agency working for the prevention of child abuse, preservation of the family, and the treatment of abused and neglected children. KID serves approximately 11,000 children and families annually through a wide range of community based programs centered on education, prevention, health, and family assistance. Volunteers contribute their efforts to several KID programs by offering their time and talent through on-campus activities, mentorships, and special event support.
