Sea-Life Habitat Improvement Project, Inc.

Sea-Life Habitat Improvement Project, Inc. (aka SHIP), is proud to support artificial reefing projects on the Treasure Coast of Florida. Our Board of Directors are dedicated to creating a reef project that will be a sustainable fishing & diving destination, as well as supporting endless marine research opportunities. We welcome you to join us in our efforts. This Project is comparable to the Spiegel Grove and USS Vandenberg Reefs in the Florida Keys and most recently the USCG Mohawk, which was deployed by Lee County. All of these projects have proven to be successful both for marine habitat and the community. We also love our lagoon and actively participate in the Oyster Reef restoration projects in the Indian River Lagoon. Join us for our 5th Annual Fort Pierce Oyster Festival on Saturday, April 2nd, 2016, where we have collected more than 2500 gallons of oyster shell to the St. Lucie County Oyster Reef Restoration Project.
