YWCA of Palm Beach County

The YWCA of Palm Beach County is dedicated to eliminating racism, empowering women, promoting peace, justice, freedom, and dignity for all. The YWCA operates the Mary Rubloff YWCA Harmony House, a 72 bed secure shelter for battered women and abused children; a Rapid-rehousing program for women victims of domestic violence; two child development centers located in West Palm Beach and Royal Palm Beach for 3-5 year old children; Y-Girls, a leadership after-school program for 8-13 year old girls in the Glades; an advocacy outreach service; Y-SAV, an anti-violence educational program for school aged youth; and several racial justice initiatives.
