Adam Gottlieb, executive chef of The Seagate Hospitality Group of Delray Beach, Florida, handles operations and menu creation at the Seagate Hotel’s signature Atlantic Grille, private Beach Club, and Country Club. Formerly executive chef at the Palm Beach Yacht Club, his recipes have been featured on StarChefs.com, in the Palm Beach Daily News, and Sun-Sentinel. A 1996 graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Gottlieb was a StarChefs.com 2008 Rising Star nominee. An American Culinary Federation certified executive chef and a Dietary Managers Association certified dietary manager, Gottlieb is well known for his talent with traditional and new American dishes, which he often prepares with emphasis on locally-sourced seafood and seasonal ingredients.
