Chef Adam Pile
Chef de Cuisine Adam Pile has been a master in the kitchen at Lucca, the Tuscan-style restaurant at Boca Raton Resort & Club, since 2004. He develops inventive seasonal Mediterranean dishes that pair perfectly with the restaurant’s award-winning wine list, such as the Key West Snapper with Tuscan marmalotta, pumpkin orzo and baby spinach; the Mixed Grill Grigliata, with Porcini-crusted Petite Filet, Jumbo Prawn, Lemon Pesto Chicken and Italian Sausage with roasted vegetables and crisp polenta. Chef Pile joined Boca Raton Resort after graduating from Indiana Academy of Culinary Arts in Punxsutawney, Penn. His prior experience includes preparing dishes for the hot food and deli departments at Giant Eagle in Somerset, Penn. Adam has a passion for the outdoors by fitting and maintaining skis and snowboards at Laurel Mountain Ski Resort in Ligonier, Penn., and serving as a lifeguard at Ligonier’s Idlewild Park. He enjoys ice carving as well as hunting, fishing, hiking and camping.
