Working in the kitchen since he was 15 years old, Dy’Ante turned his passion into a career. He graduated from Johnson & Wales in Miami in 2002 and from there worked with Austrian-based company Do & Co International Event Catering at the Albertina Museum in Vienna. Later he traveled with the Formula One Grand Prix catering, the Pad Lock Club. Dy’Ante then came back to the United States and worked at several restaurants and hotels. As the Executive Chef of Truluck’s in Fort Lauderdale, he appreciates the everyday, always fresh top quality sustainable ingredients. He uses these to create the best tasting dishes that make sense for the plate, the palate and the planet.
