Chef Jeff Vincent
Jeff Vincent is the Executive Chef of the stunning new oceanfront restaurant, Beauty & The Feast located in the luxurious Atlantic Hotel & Spa on Ft. Lauderdale Beach. A Charleston, SC native, he began honing his skills under the tutelage of some of the great Low Country Chefs before moving abroad to Portugal to apprentice on the Iberian Peninsula. After 2 years mastering European fare, he returned to the states and ran a Restaurant, Pub & Banquet Hall in Boston. He then moved to Georgia, where he first worked with Chef Thierry Connault at Callaway Gardens and soon after became the Executive Chef at Highland Country Club in LaGrange. His diverse culinary experiences provide Beauty & The Feast guests with a globally inspired American menu. From Pizza to Paella, Burgers to Bone-In Steaks and craft beers to culinary cocktails, Beauty & The Feast caters to all tastes.
