Chef Kevin Monti
Chef Kevin Monti brings over 25 years of culinary experience to Atlantic Surf Club, where he passionately prepares deliciously unique cuisine, including his favorite dish, Sesame Crusted Ahi Tuna Steak. A native of Brooklyn, N.Y., Chef Monti graduated from the Lincoln Culinary Institute in West Palm Beach, and at age 21, was the youngest Carvel Ice Cream franchisee. Since then, he has held chef/managerial positions at Truluck’s and Brewzzi in Boca Raton, Duffy’s Sports Grill in Palm Beach Gardens, and Ugly Tuna Saloona in Ft. Lauderdale. In his spare time, Chef Monti enjoys golfing and football.
