The Green Wave Café

With every recipe made completely from scratch, The Green Wave Café uses 100 percent vegan and gluten-free cooking techniques. Line chef, Dana, and prep chef, Isabella, work together to offer dishes that are unsurpassed in nutrition and flavor. The New Vegan

With a 100 percent vegan menu, including dairy-free, soy-free, gluten-free and GMO-free foods, The New Vegan is dedicated to bringing good, nutritious food to the Delray Beach area. Owner and Head Chef Rahein Jones is known for his falafel burger. Nature’s Way Café
