ETARU’s Second Location Opens Its Doors On Las Olas Boulevard

Less than a year after the opening of ETARU Hallandale, the brand is expanding to Fort Lauderdale.

ETARU Las Olas will open its doors on June 21, inside Icon Las Olas with offerings like happy hour, brunch, express lunch, catering and more.

The restaurant will feature contemporary Japanese Robatayaki cuisine with a menu revolved around the central Robata grill—a concept originated by the fisherman of Japan’s northern coast who charcoal grilled fish on their boats and shared with one another via outstretched oars.

Although the new location will share many menu items with ETARU Hallandale, the Las Olas location will differ in design, focusing more on city-living elements, as opposed to the laid-back beach decor its Hallandale location boasts. 

An impressive tree-like structure serves as the centerpiece of the restaurant alongside the Robata grill at the Las Olas location. The open concept allows guests to take in the action of the kitchen while dining.

Menu offerings include raw and robata-grilled dishes like sashimi, maki rolls, sushi, grilled octopus, lamb cutlets and more.
