ETARU’s Second Location Will Open In Downtown Fort Lauderdale
The contemporary Japanese restaurant ETARU, which features Robatayaki cuisine, will open its second location this summer.
The eatery will be located in downtown Fort Lauderdale inside Icon Las Olas, and will open less than a year after the launch of its first location in Hallandale Beach.
ETARU’s menu revolves around the central Robata grill, a concept used by the fisherman of Japan’s northern coast who charcoal-grilled fish on their boats and shared with one another via outstretched oars.
The menu will include sashimi, Maki rolls, salads, tataki, soups, Japanese Wagyu tartare, caviar and more. A variety of artisan cocktails will be served, as well as craft and Japanese beers, whiskeys and wines.
ETARU’s interior will showcase a tree-like structure, which will serve as the centerpiece of the restaurant, alongside the Robata grill. The restaurant will have an open concept, allowing guests to watch the chefs in action.
