Firebirds Wood Fired Grill Brings Its American Cuisine To Pembroke Pines
Known for its scratch kitchen and classic American cuisine, Firebirds Wood Fired Grill recently opened in mid-December in the Pembroke Center.
Specializing in hand-cut aged steaks, fresh seafood, chicken and ribs, the restaurant uses an authentic wood-fired grill to cook its menu items.
Selections include the signature aged ribeye, blue cheese filet, wood-grilled salmon, lobster spinach queso and crème brûlée cheesecake.
Firebirds also offers a kids menu offering healthy options, certified by the National Restaurant Association’s Kids LiveWell program, as well as a gluten-sensitive menu.
Libations don’t disappoint at FIREBAR, where patrons can select from private Firebirds’ label wines, craft beers and specialty cocktails.
The Pembroke Pines location features an exhibition kitchen, an indoor stone fireplace and an outdoor patio.
Firebirds is open Sundays through Thursdays at 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Fridays and Saturdays at 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Happy hour is held Mondays through Fridays from 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. The restaurant also hosts Wine Down Mondays where guests can enjoy half-priced glasses and select bottles of wine.
