Japanese Restaurant ETARU Las Olas Launches Sunday Brunch
Add ETARU Las Olas to your Fort Lauderdale brunch bucket list. The contemporary Japanese restaurant is launching its brunch menu on Aug. 19.
The brunch will be held on the restaurant’s outdoor terrace, as well as inside its dining room. Brunches will be held every Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and start at an introductory price of $55 per person.
The cocktail menu will include bottomless Whispering Angel Rosé, Sauvignon Blanc or Esteva Tinto. For an additional $20, guests can upgrade to Louis Roderer NV Champagne.
Food items will include sashimi, sweet potato mash, white miso soup, salmon teriyaki, lamb cutlets, black cod and more.
