3 Cocktails To Sip On During The Fall Season

The weather in Florida during the “fall” season doesn’t bring crisp wind or crunchy leaves, but autumn is still worth celebrating.

Get into the fall spirit with these three cocktails recipes, courtesy of (and available at) Brimstone Woodfire Grill and ROK:BRGR. 

My Cherry Pie

2 ounces Grey Goose Cherry Noir

1 ounce Amaretto

1 ounce sour

Graham cracker rim

Dirty cherries for garnish

Combine Grey Goose, Amaretto and sour mix in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain through a fine mesh strainer into a chilled glass, filled with fresh ice and graham cracker rim. Garnish with dirty cherries.

Apple Cider Mule

2 ounces Van Gogh Wild Apple Vodka

Ginger beer

2 lemons, squeezed

Cinnamon 

Apple for garnish

Combine Van Gogh Vodka and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain through a fine mesh strainer into a chilled Moscow mule mug, filled with fresh ice. Top with ginger beer. Sprinkle cinnamon on top and garnish with an apple.

Pumpkin Old-Fashioned

1.5 ounces bourbon whiskey

1/2 ounce Grand Marnier

2 tablespoons pumpkin puree

1 ounce maple syrup

Orange peel twist or rosemary sprig for garnish

Combine pumpkin puree, bourbon, syrup, Grand Marnier and bitters in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain through a fine mesh strainer into a chilled Old-Fashioned glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a rosemary sprig or orange peel.
