3030 Ocean’s New Executive Chef Is Adrienne Grenier, And You Can Try Her Food Now At Tupelo
When 3030 Ocean reopens after renovations on Oct. 24, there'll be a new chef in charge.
The restaurant at the Harbor Beach Marriott Resort & Spa just named Adrienne Grenier its new executive chef.
The Food Network "Chopped" champion—who has worked under former 3030 Ocean executive chefs Paula DaSilva and Dean Max—is excited to finally take the reins at the restaurant where she began her career.
“I’m very grateful to have been able to grow into my own as a chef here,” she said. “[I] am looking forward to taking the next step in my career and bring my own style to 3030 Ocean.”
In her new role, Grenier will have the opportunity to overhaul the menu, which will feature fresh farm-to-table food, with an emphasis on Florida seafood.
Can’t wait to try the new dishes? Size up Grenier’s culinary chops at Tupelo, a limited-time pop-up restaurant that will be at the hotel through Oct. 23.
