Boca Raton Valentine’s Day Dinners And Events That Will Make You Fall In Love With Food
The best way to the heart is through the stomach, right? With these Valentine's Day dinner specials, that may very well be the case.
Grab your significant other (or your friends, or just yourself), and head out to these Boca Raton restaurants for a night of dining and fun you won't soon forget.
Boca Landing's executive chef, Mathew Mixon, has prepared a five-course menu that will "Ignite Your Night" in the best possible way. Appetizers include roasted beets with goat cheese, a zesty lobster salad and wild greens drizzled with balsamic vinaigrette. Follow that with an "aphrodisiac" course, featuring options like oysters stuffed with blue crab or topped with salmon. Entrees include pan-seared salmon, squid ink pasta embellished with heirloom tomatoes and jumbo shrimp, or filet mignon with Boursin cheese polenta. Obviously, no Valentine's Day meal (or any meal, for that matter) is complete without dessert, so stay a little later for some flaky pastries, courtesy of the pastry chef. The meal is $75 per person and is available from Feb. 12 through Feb. 14.
