BurgerFi Opens Second Location In Delray Beach, With All-Natural Angus Beef Burgers And Upcycled Decor
Delray Beach locals just can’t get enough of this ultra-modern, ultra-scrumptious burger bar.
Due to popular demand, BurgerFi recently opened its second location in Delray Beach on Sept. 15, located within the Tuscany Shoppes plaza on West Atlantic Avenue.
"When we opened last week, we opened to record numbers and sales in the BugerFi system," said BurgerFi’s Chief Executive Officer, Corey Winograd. "We couldn’t be more pleased with the response we’ve seen form BurgerFi fans in West Delray."
The fast-casual, all-natural burger restaurant focuses on serving high-quality food that contains no steroids, antibiotics, growth hormones, chemicals or additives. As such, the Angus beef used for the burgers is humanely raised and sustainably farmed.
BurgerFi puts this focus on fresh, never frozen food to ensure the quality of their product—an aspect that is hard to find at many other burger joints, Winograd suggested.
“We could do it easier. We could tear open a bag of frozen fries or open up boxes and pull out frozen hockey pucks, but we decided that, in order to give our guests great quality, we weren’t going to take shortcuts,” he said.
And the meat isn’t the only aspect of the restaurant that's sustainable. BurgerFi's chic décor features tables and chairs made from upcycled milk jugs, Coco-Cola bottles and wood pallets; a counter designed from compressed, recycled paper material; and wood paneling made out of Southern Yellow Pine, a fast growing and sustainable species of wood.
“We have a philosophy: We want to do our small part in leaving the earth a better place for our kids and grandkids," Winograd said.
BurgerFi offers additional menu options for every type of diner. Chicken sandwiches, VegeFi veggie burgers, and Vienna and Kobe-style hot dogs are just a few popular items that go beyond the traditional burger.
Tap beers and wines, plus "concretes" (frozen custard milkshakes), are also customer favorites.
