Burlock Coast Seafare & Spirits To Open Inside The Ritz-Carlton Fort Lauderdale Nov. 9

Burlock Coast Seafare & Spirits, an oceanfront restaurant inside the Ritz-Carlton Fort Lauderdale with a menu focused on local resources and its own artisan marketplace, is officially opening on Nov. 9.

The new Prohibition-themed eatery, part of the hotel's $8 million renovation, is located on the ground floor of the Ritz-Carlton and serves daily breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The restaurant soft opened with a limited menu this week in time for the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, but it will begin full service on Monday.

Burlock Coast features an indoor/outdoor bar and a grab-and-go market with a selection of rotating goods from Miami food providers, like Panther Coffee and fresh baked breads from Zak the Baker.

In the evenings, the rustic restaurant will transform into a happy hour hub with dinner offerings sourced from local fishermen, such as seared tuna and shrimp fry. Cocktail selections will be pushed around on a bar cart during dinner, allowing guests to build their own cocktail.

The bar, open until 1 a.m. daily, will serve beers from thirteen South Florida breweries, including Islamorada Beer Company and Funky Buddha Brewery, as well as French, Caribbean and Spanish rums.
