Chicago Breakfast Restaurant, Yolk, To Open Feb. 1 In Boca Raton
Attention all breakfast lovers and brunch fanatics: Chicago-born breakfast establishment, Yolk, is opening its first Florida location at Park Place in Boca Raton.
On Friday, Feb. 1 the Boca community is invited to attend Yolk’s official “Egg Cracking Ceremony” alongside the restaurant’s owner, staff and Boca Raton city officials. The event begins at 8:30 a.m.
At Yolk, your breakfast-loving heart can indulge in morning feasts all day long — well, from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The location will feature both indoor and outdoor seating, a pick-up window for those on-the-go, as well as a Coffee Bar for your much-needed caffeine fix. Choose from a variety of drink options with coffees, cold brews and juices. Booze up your brunch with mimosas, wine, bloody marys and local beers.
From the Santa Fe Frittata (eggs, bacon, avocado, jalapeño, green onion and seasoned potatoes) and the Nutty Monkey Cakes (pancakes stuffed with banana slices and chocolate chips, layered with peanut butter and topped with extra banana slices and chocolate sauce), to the Avalon Sunset (grilled chicken breast, bacon, tomato, Swiss cheese and smashed avocado on toasted sourdough) and The Flame burger (bacon, BBQ sauce, melted pepper jack and fried jalapeños), there’s a meal at Yolk tailored exactly toward your taste buds no matter the time of day.
