Crazy Uncle Mike's Brewery, Restaurant And Music Venue To Open In Boca Raton

Brews, bites and beats—three B’s you can never get enough of.

Crazy Uncle Mike’s, a new brewery coming to Boca Raton, will open in the fall. The spot will also serve as a restaurant and music venue in a 9,000-square-foot space outfitted with a full-service scratch kitchen, a brewhouse and stage.

A boutique wine program and handcrafted cocktail menu will also be offered at Crazy Uncle Mike’s.

Corey Wilson will serve as the brewmaster, who has worked with Copperpoint Brewing Company in Boynton Beach and Copper Kettle Brewery in Denver, Colorado. 

Executive chef Tara Abrams will focus on a globally inspired menu with locally sourced seasonal dishes. Abrams’ background includes working at 32 East, OTC Brickell and multiple JEY Hospitality Group restaurants. 

Crazy Uncle Mike’s food menu items will include purple potato skins with bacon, sundried tomatoes, créme fraiche and salmon roe; rock shrimp flatbread with manchego cheese, lemon zest, arugula, olive oil and maldon sea salt; and pork belly tacos with kung pao glaze, pickled slaw, cucumbers, cilantro and sesame seeds.

The brewery and restaurant will be open for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch. Daily happy hour specials will also be offered.
