Deliver The Dream's Eighth Annual Red Hot White Party To Take Place April 11
On Thursday, April 11, South Florida nonprofit organization Deliver the Dream will host its eighth annual charity date auction, the Red Hot White Party.
When 7 p.m. hits, SWAY Nightclub in downtown Fort Lauderdale will transform into a sea of white attire. It is the Red Hot White Party, after all.
While South Florida’s most eligible bachelors and bachelorettes walk the runway, guests can bid on fun excursions, such as gorgeous vacations, sporting event or concert tickets, outdoor adventure packages, and more. Enjoy delicious hors d’oeuvres, an open bar and participate in a silent auction.
Event proceeds will help Deliver the Dream continue their goal of bringing together 15 families at its monthly retreat. Every family in attendance has a child or parent that has been diagnosed with an illness, such as cancer, multiple sclerosis, autism, cerebral palsy, HIV/AIDS, Down syndrome or autism.
The monthly retreat allows families to foster relationships and support groups with families in their same position, as well as relax and spend quality time together. There is no charge for families attending the retreat, which includes lodging, all meals and activities.
“Every year we are amazed by the community for coming together to support us in our goal of helping local families,” said Deliver the Dream’s executive director Paul Withrow in a press release. “The Red Hot White Party is one of the best attended events of the year and continues to raise funds that are able to directly impact the members of the community we work so hard to reach each month.”
Tickets for the Red Hot White Party for $60 each, or $100 per pair. For more information, or to purchase tickets, visit deliverthedream.org.
