Delray Beach Mansion Reportedly Belonging To Kevin James On The Market For $28.8 Million
A Delray Beach mansion widely reported as belonging to actor Kevin James is up for sale.
The Mediterranean Revival estate, located on North Ocean Boulevard, hit the market at the end of February and is listed for $28,850,000.
Between the main house and the guest apartment, the 2.8-acre property that sits across from the Atlantic offers almost 13,000 square feet of living space. It has eight bedrooms, nine bathroom, and three half-baths.
A rep for The Fite Group real estate firm could not confirm the seller, but listing agent Jack Elkins said there's plenty to love about the property.
"Personally, the views are what I think will really draw people in. Take a walk down one of the many walking paths, and you're greeted with views of several gardens, a sparkling saltwater pool and the Atlantic Ocean," Elkins said.
The home features a fitness room, relaxation spa, saltwater pool, 10-car garage and seven fireplaces (even though this is Florida). In addition, the "King of Queens" star's Mediterranean-style estate combines Old World elements with contemporary luxury, including European oak, mahogany, coral and Alhambra tile.
Elkins added all of the interested clients who have had the chance to tour the property so far have commented on how cozy and private it feels.
"It's the kind of property that immediately feels like home," he said.
