Fort Lauderdale to Participate in Earth Hour 2015

On March 28 from 8:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., Fort Lauderdale will proudly be supporting Earth Hour 2015 by turning off non-essential lighting at city hall.

 

Earth Hour is a lights-off event that raises awareness about climate change and celebrates a commitment to the planet by leading a more sustainable lifestyle.

The event has grown to engage more than 162 countries and territories worldwide.

 

The City of Fort Lauderdale is inviting the local community to join in on the effort to preserve the planet for future generations.
