Four Seasons Enters The Residential Market With Fort Lauderdale Private Residences
Love staying in Four Seasons hotels and resorts while you’re on vacation? Soon you’ll not only be able to stay in the Four Seasons in Fort Lauderdale, but you’ll be able to live there, too.
In April, Four Seasons Private Residences Fort Lauderdale broke ground on Fort Lauderdale Beach. It is the first time the renowned brand has entered the real estate market in the Broward County area.
The 22-story property will include 90 private residences and 130 hotel rooms.
The hotel rooms will reside on the fourth through the 11th floors, and the private residences will begin on the fifth floor. Of the residential portion, Four Seasons Private Residences has already achieved over $100 million in sales—a record in Fort Lauderdale.
The private residences will range in size from one to four bedrooms, including furnished and unfurnished options. The tallest floors of the building will feature four penthouses and three “Sky Homes” with 20-foot ceilings. Each private residence will offer outdoor terraces with views of the ocean and Intracoastal Waterway.
Residence owners will have access to the full range of services and amenities from the hotel, a designated residential concierge and director of residences, a butler, a spa and yachting services. Residences with pets will have access to the pet concierge, a pet boutique and an on-call veterinarian.
One-third of the property will be devoted to green space, using palm trees and native plants both on the ground floor and on the third floor’s oceanfront poll deck. Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Fort Lauderdale will also boast a fitness center and a “Kids for All Seasons” program for children.
An all-day restaurant with interior and alfresco seating will reside on the oceanfront terrace with a pool bar, lounge and an ocean-view outdoor cafe.
