Four Seasons Hotel & Residences Fort Lauderdale Breaks Ground, With Construction Scheduled For 2018 Completion
Fort Lauderdale Beach's latest luxury development is officially underway.
The Four Seasons Hotel & Residences Fort Lauderdale broke ground this week, demolishing the Tropic Cay budget hotel to make way for the new luxury condo-hotel property.
Miami-based developers Fort Partners, which also owns the Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach, hosted a celebration for community members and leaders Wednesday at the demolition site.
The Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale will feature about 150 hotel rooms and 95 residential units, ranging from 800 to 6,500 square feet. The condo-hotel project is scheduled for completion in 2018.
Fort Partners will be announcing the start of sales for units at the Four Seasons soon.
