Fresh Kitchen Opens In Boca Raton, Serving Smoothies, Salads And Wraps
There's a new spot in town to grab a quick, healthy bite.
Fresh Kitchen, a new Boca cafe, opened in Fifth Avenue Shops where it serves healthy food options and makes efforts to help sustain the planet.
The sister restaurant of Juice and Java Cafe, it offers smoothies, salads, wraps and more. Fresh Kitchen's soft opening was back in February.
The idea behind the concept is to promote "healthy customers and a healthy planet."
From sourcing local ingredients to sustainable food prep, Fresh Kitchen owner Brandi Levinson has worked to keep the eatery as eco-friendly as it is healthy.
The kitchen features low-impact equipment to limit its emissions, and there are no fryers, microwaves or other appliances that would lower the health benefits of the food the restaurant serves.
“We truly believe in preserving the natural flavors and benefits of our ingredients,” Levinson said in a release.
In addition to its staple menu items, Fresh Kitchen offers meal replacement shakes and juice shots, pita melts, quesadillas, fruit and vegetable salads, and plenty of vegan and gluten-free options. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily.
Customers of the East Boca Raton spot can enjoy outdoor seating on the covered patio, or even opt to stay home (or in the office) and order to their doors through Delivery Dudes. Fresh Kitchen also offers take-out and catering.
