Hardy Park Bistro’s Summer Pop-Up Dinner Series Brings New Flair To Your Average Dinner Out

One Fort Lauderdale chef is giving South Florida diners the unexpected.

Philip Darmon, the chef at Fort Lauderdale’s Hardy Park Bistro, is hosting a summer pop-up dinner series sure to pique your appetite. The Summer Nights X HPB dinner series will take place on the third Thursday and Friday of every month, with the first two dinners being held July 23 and 24.

In addition to different menus and entertainment, each dinner will take place a different location.

“Each of our other locations will embody a similar feeling, yet be unique from one another in nature. We want to create an environment that is just as imaginative as the food we are serving,” Darmon said in a release.

The July dinner will include a four-course family-style meal, with wine and beer pairings from Stacole Fines Wines and Stephens Distributing. Drinks will be at 7 p.m., with dinner served at 8 p.m.

The first dinner will be held at the Penthouse of North Beach Hotel, and the menu will have a Mediterranean style with a touch of Australia. Tickets for each dinner are $100 per person.

The meal will be capped at 60 guests, who can enjoy conversation with the chef throughout the evening.
