‘Hell’s Kitchen’ Winner Paul Niedermann Joins Hudson Delray as Executive Chef

The menu at Hudson is about to get a stylish makeover, courtesy of new executive chef Paul Niedermann.

The winner of “Hell’s Kitchen” season nine just joined the Delray Beach restaurant, and he plans on adding hyper-local, seafood-centric dishes, such as roasted local snapper and olive oil poached shrimp, to the establishment's repertoire. 

“It’s about really putting my DNA on the menu,” Niedermann said in a release. “It’s also about integrating as many locally-sourced products as possible,” he adds, “and creating seasonality in South Florida, where normally there is none.”

There will be a meet and greet at the restaurant on Wednesday, June 10. The new dinner menu will be unveiled at the event. 

Before joining Hudson, Niedermann worked at restaurants at the Biltmore Hotel and the St. Regis, Ritz Carlton's Via Luna and BLT Steak in New York City.
