iFLY Indoor Skydiving Tunnel Launches Virtual Reality Technology And Ladies Night

Are you interested in skydiving, but you’d rather not jump out of a plane? Consider using iFLY’s new virtual reality tool instead.

iFLY features a 14-foot wind tunnel—South Florida’s only indoor skydiving tunnel. The brand recently launched a new virtual reality app in its helmets, allowing fliers to see themselves “jumping” from a plane through a hyper-realistic, free-falling experience.

iFLY doesn't require any jumping. Guests simply lean into the wind inside a giant glass tunnel and a column of air lifts them up, allowing them to float.

With the virtual reality app, users can choose scenery from around the world to watch as they fly, including Hawaii, Switzerland and Dubai.

iFLY also recently launched a monthly ladies night series. From 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. on the last Wednesday of each month, guests can take advantage of a special $69.95 package, which includes five flights, photos, videos and a G3 helmet upgrade.

The next Ladies Night at iFLY will be held on Nov. 28.
