Metropica Community In Sunrise Announces New Tenants As Project Progresses
Metropica, the 65-acre community in Sunrise, continues to build up its infrastructure, adding brands to the highly-anticipated list of tenants.
The first of eight residential towers in Metropica is currently rising, a 263-unit residential building. The seventh floor of Tower I is the building’s resort-style amenity deck, which includes a fitness center, a pool, a spa, tennis courts, a children’s playroom, an indoor game room, a wide-screen format screening room, a gourmet kitchen and a business center.
Tower I is expected to top off by the end of the year. Starting price points for the units are $450,000. After the first tower opens, the first phase of retail will be delivered to Metropica.
The walkable community is designed to combine culinary and lifestyle destinations for Broward County residents. Restaurant concepts joining the community include Fogo de Chao, Kona Grill, Shake Shack, Salsa Fiesta, Harry’s Pizzeria and Bulla Gastrobar.
Retail tenants will also be included at Metropica, with names like Anthropologie, Free People, Kendra Scott, Sparkles and iPic Theatres set to be a part of the completed project.
