Naked Crab Seafood Kitchen & Cocktail Bar Opens On Fort Lauderdale Beach At Revamped B Ocean Resort

Naked Crab on Fort Lauderdale Beach is serving up some sexy-sounding seafood dishes.

The new seafood restaurant and cocktail bar, which opened at the revamped B Ocean Resort on Feb. 15, offers a menu of surf and turf dishes with names like Menage a Trois (filet mignon with crab-stuffed shrimp and garlic shrimp), Crazy Sexy Tuna (sesame-seared tuna with edamame), and These Carbs Don't Count (pasta dishes including cavatappi or linguini with clams).

And if that's not enough to get the sultry message across, the electric neon Naked Crab sign outdoors or the restaurant's #GetNaked selfie wall should do the trick.

Chef Ralph Pagano, who has appeared on "Hell's Kitchen," "Iron Chef" and other culinary programs, was tapped to develop the new restaurant concept for the renovated hotel. He currently owns three other "Naked" concepts in Miami: Naked Taco, a Miami Beach spot also coming soon to Davie; Naked Lunch at UM's Life Science & Technology Park; and Naked Tiki, which opened in South Beach last week.

“Naked Crab is a stripped-down, dressed-up crab and seafood house, cooking up classic signatures with the freshest, most delicate and impeccably-sourced fish and sushi, where, fundamentally, raw is hot,” Pagano said in a statement.

Naked Crab will offer a unique "Fish Scorecard," indicating the fresh fish catch of the day, oysters, clams, lobster and daily crab specials at the help-yourself seafood bar. Plus, guests can order three-tiered seafood towers ranging from $50 to $100, or the epic Crabster that serves three ($100)—Pagano's take on a seafood version of Turduken, featuring a 2-pound red king crab stuffed with shrimp, crab and lobster and meant to be dipped in butter.

Meanwhile, desserts will be served tableside as cart service comes around with sweet treats like bananas foster and flaming coffee.

The 150-seat restaurant also offers a curbside patio and the wraparound Florida Bar with lounge seating. There, guests can enjoy craft cocktails, premium spirits, craft beer, an extensive wine list, and a raw seafood and sushi bar.

B Ocean Resort's Salty Siren pool bar and grill, The Clipper grab-n-go, and the world-famous Wreck Bar will also be under the direction of Pagano's YES Hospitality Group.

Naked Crab is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m
