New Restaurant Opening: American Vintage Classic Bar and Grill to Open in Fort Lauderdale

American Vintage, a classic Americana-inspired eatery and bar, will open its doors later on Feb. 19 at the Westin Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort.

 

The restaurant will feature executive chef, Andres Teren, formerly of Morton’s Steakhouse and the Alexander Hotel in Miami Beach, who will execute American Vintage’s handcrafted menu of classic steakhouse selections and American comfort favorites.

The menu will feature a delectable array of native ingredients and themes from some of the nation’s most historic and cherished dishes that’ll be sure to arouse the taste buds of any and all foodies.

 

Aside from American Vintage’s delectable menu, the restaurant will bring to Fort Lauderdale’s bustling boardwalk an extensive menu of handcrafted cocktails featuring a combination of the most popular modern and vintage libations.

 

With indoor seating for 130 guests, al fresco dining for 120 guests and bar seating for 40 guests, this stunning restaurant and bar is the perfect place for guests to take in and appreciate Fort Lauderdale’s classic, beachfront ambiance.
