Oceania Cruises Announces 2017 Around The World Cruise Setting Sail From Miami
A cruise is offering passengers the opportunity to see the world on one continuous trip.
Oceania Cruises is offering its Around the World in 180 Days cruise setting sail from Miami on Jan. 6, 2017, and returning July 6. This will be the company’s fourth 180-day cruise.
Passengers on the cruise will visit 36 countries on six continents aboard the Insignia, which features four restaurants, a fitness center and spa, eight lounges and bars and a casino.
The cruise is scheduled to travel to places including Vietnam, Myanmar, Australia, French Polynesia and Namibia. Unlike its 2016 cruise, the latest trip will include stops in Europe.
“We try to add some new destinations, but the outline is pretty much the same,” an Oceanic Cruise specialist said.
The Around the World in 180 Days 2016 Cruise has almost sold out, with only the 165-square-foot deluxe ocean view room available.
Prices for the journey start at $39,999 per guest for a 160-square-foot inside stateroom on decks 6 and 7. Spots aboard the 2017 journey will go on sale July 29 at 8:30 a.m.
The cruise line currently has no plans to set sail from Port Everglades.
