Paramount Fort Lauderdale Beach Residences Will Be Crowned By These Stunning Penthouses That Are Still Up For Sale
At one Fort Lauderdale Beach high-rise, penthouse residents are guaranteed spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean, Intracoastal, and yes, even the gardens of the Bonnet House Museum.
The 95-unit Paramount Residences, which broke ground about a year ago, is scheduled for completion in winter 2016-2017. When the luxury condominium is finished going up, it will be the area's first purely residential tower without a hotel component. (Auberge Beach, with its late 2017 estimated completion date, is set to follow.)
At 18 stories tall, Paramount offers two-story penthouses with unobstructed ocean views, a private rooftop terrace, "endless" plunge pool, summer kitchen and fire pit. What's more, the penthouses will each have private elevator access, 12-foot ceilings, spacious outdoor living rooms, and designer European bathrooms complete with rain showers and spa tubs.
There are currently three unsold penthouses on the northeast, southeast and southwest corners of the building, and they range in price from $4.5 million to $9 million.
Other two-, three- and four-bedroom residences range in size from 1,910 to 3,474 square feet and are priced from $1.2 million. The building has reached 70 percent sales so far, according to Peggy Fucci, president and CEO of OneWorld Properties.
