30 Thirty North Ocean, a townhome-style condominium project located in the Lauderdale Beach neighborhood of Fort Lauderdale, is currently beginning pre-construction developments. 

It is the only new construction, multi-family development in Lauderdale Beach and is nestled among single-family homes on the last vacant piece of property east of A1A.

The site is 10 blocks north of Fort Lauderdale Beach and is within walking distance of two neighborhood beach access points. 

30 Thirty North Ocean will feature 24 residences and two-story, three-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom floor plans. Extra-large terraces or ocean views are the premiums from which to choose among six available floor plans. 

The units range from 2,482 square feet to 3,147 square feet with open floor plans, two walk-in closets in the master bedrooms and a private elevator to each unit.
