Restauranteur Shareef Malnik's South Beach House Featured In Latest 'Rad Pads' Segment
If you've ever wondered what a big-time restaurateur's home looked like, here's your chance to take a peek inside.
Shareef Malnik, who owns The Forge in Miami, takes viewers on a tour of his contemporary South Beach home in Mode Studio's latest "Rad Pads" segment.
He bought the 1930s beach house and then remodeled it, adding a third-floor swimming pool and sleek, white finishes.
"So you'll notice all the colors are very subtle. There's lots of textures. It's supposed to be very serene and relaxing," he says in the video.
The Ocean Drive home, which he calls "an urban tropical paradise," features a movie theater, a humidity- and temperature-controlled wine cellar, and roof deck.
According to The Wall Street Journal, the home was listed in late December for almost $15 million.
