ROK:BRGR Is Opening In Delray, Taking Over The Tryst Space On Atlantic Avenue
Delray, get ready to discover a new favorite burger spot.
ROK:BRGR, the popular South Florida burger spot, has announced it will be opening its new Delray location for dinner service Friday, Feb. 3. It is taking over the former Tryst space on Atlantic Avenue.
The gastropub-style burger joint—which we happen to think serves one of the best burgers in South Florida—already has three locations: downtown Fort Lauderdale, Hallandale Beach and South Miami. This will be ROK:BRGR's first eatery in Palm Beach County.
"It is a perfect fit to compliment the Ave.," ROK:BRGR co-founder Marc Falsetto said in a statement. "We chose Delray because of its location, energy, and distance to Boca/West Palm Beach. It's just a perfect fit for what we do, and the space couldn’t be any better."
The upscale-casual eatery serves more than 20 handcrafted burgers using local and sustainable ingredients. Favorites range from the famous Drunken Pretzel burger with aged Vermont Cheddar, beer mustard, and fried onion rings on an artisan pretzel bun to turkey burgers, ahi tuna burgers, truffle burgers and more. ROK:BRGR's menu also includes other comfort food items and gastropub bites, like truffle parmesan fries, mac n' cheese topped with lobster or short rib, tuna tacos, crispy calamari, and loaded tater tots.
Guests who enjoy a good drink will also find handcrafted cocktails, more than 50 craft beers from local breweries, and an extensive whiskey selection.
The Delray restaurant will offer a 25-seat bar and large outdoor courtyard. It will be open for lunch and dinner as well as Sunday Social Brunch featuring $5 bottomless mimosas for ladies ($15 for men).
