Saint Joseph's 61st Annual Auction On April 27 Will Offer Exciting Travel Options
On Saturday, April 27, Saint Joseph’s Episcopal School will host its 61st annual auction, “Passport Around the World.”
The annual auction is Saint Joseph’s signature fundraiser. The event benefits the school’s Jaguar Fund, which is used to provide scholarships and financial aid to eligible students.
As well as providing scholarships, the fund is also used to help improve Saint Joseph’s campus, which includes classroom refurbishments, gym upgrades, as well as enhancements to the school’s curriculum and technology. The auction’s 2018 proceeds helped enhance security, which included the installation of remote-controlled access gates and surveillance cameras.
Every year, the school brings together friends, family members and supporters to bid on various items and special packages. This year, guests will meet at St. Andrews Club in Delray Beach to enjoy delicious libations, dinner and dessert. While enjoying the evening, guests can participate in the live or silent auctions.
One hundred percent of the night’s proceeds from both the silent and live auctions will go directly to benefitting the students at Saint Joseph’s early childhood academy and at the school’s main campus. Guests can also donate items of value to both auctions.
True to this year’s travel theme, featured auction items include a two-night stay at Ocean Properties’ Hutchinson Shores Resort and Spa; a two-night stay at Ocean Properties’ Margaritaville Key West Resort; and two seats on the Goodyear Blimp.
