Soccer League Paris Saint-Germain Hosts Activities Across South Florida Leading Up To The International Champions Cup

European soccer leagues Paris Saint-Germain of France and Italy’s Juventus face off at the Hard Rock Stadium on July 26 during the International Champions Cup, a series of club soccer matches set to take place in stadiums across the U.S., Singapore and China. 

In anticipation of Paris Saint-Germain’s South Florida game, the French soccer stars have created a roster of food, drink, retail and entertainment activities across Miami-Dade and Broward counties, giving local fans a medley of ways to interact with the European league. 

From a French-inspired taco food truck to pop-up shops, skate parks and a silent auction, here are the 10 activities you don’t want to miss before Paris Saint-Germain and Juventus hit the field.

The Paris Saint-Germain Pop-Up Store

Visit the soccer league’s luxury pop-up store inside the multi-use Wynwell space in Miami’s arts district. Expect a selection of merchandise, including shirts, sneakers and branded table tennis stands, as well as an exclusive partnership collection with Nike, which includes pairs of limited-edition sneakers only available at Wynwell. In addition to a line of apparel, the store will feature skate decks, bags, pins and bikes, all embossed with a select Paris Saint-Germain design. Outside of the store, find a Paris Saint-Germain x Miami eSports space, which will host Coca-Cola’s Paris Saint-Germain eCopa finals on July 23.

Paris Saint-Germain-Inspired Coyo Taco Food Truck

Celebrate the league with eats and drinks from Coyo Taco, a popular Mexican restaurant with locations in Wynwood and Brickell. The restaurant teamed up with the Parisian soccer club to create its first-ever branded food truck, which will be stocked with a selection of French-inspired tacos. Menu highlights include La Parisienne, stuffed with duck confit, orange kumquat marmalade, pasilla Oaxaca and Grand Marnier salsa borracha; and the Paris Sud, made with seared shrimp, ratatouille, basil pipian and provencal pico de gallo. While you’re there, snag an off-the-menu French cocktail by saying the words “Viva la France.” The truck will roll around Miami until July 25. Andrew Skate Shop

A few steps from the pop-up shop, hang out on a Paris Saint-Germain-inspired skatepark, courtesy of local skate shop, Andrew. Inside the store, Andrew will feature three limited-edition skate decks along with a collector’s edition of the Paris Saint-Germain Nike away jersey.

Training at Barry University

Through July 26, the team will host various training sessions at Barry University. Fans are encouraged to come out and watch. Upcoming sessions will be held on July 21 from 10 a.m. to noon, and again on July 24 from 10 a.m. to noon.

The Alchemist Lincoln Road

This high-end boutique in Miami Beach will be stocked with an Alchemist x Paris Saint-Germain collection, which will include similar products that can also be found inside the Wynwell pop-up store. Expect the soccer league’s limited-edition Nike away jersey, along with shirts, sneakers, bags, bikes and table tennis stands.

Shoe Gallery

For shoe-loving soccer fans, visit downtown Miami’s Shoe Gallery for a pair of Paris Saint-Germain-inspired Nike sneakers and a Shoe Gallery x Paris Saint-Germain collector’s T-shirt.

Paris Saint-Germain Academy Match

Annually, more than 400 local children attend the Paris Saint-Germain-sponsored soccer academy in Miami. Club legends Juan Pablo Sorin and Maxwell Scherrer Cabelino Andrade will host a match between the Paris Saint-Germain Development Academy and the Juventus Youth Academy on July 25.

Monty’s Bar

Head to the Coconut Grove restaurant for a Paris Saint-Germain viewing party during a match against Tottenham on July 23. Order bar bites, beers, mixed drinks and more while being surrounded by energetic fans.

Fabien Castanier Gallery

The gallery will host a silent auction event until July 29 to benefit the Paris Saint-Germain Foundation, an organization dedicated to supporting underprivileged youth through education and sports-centered programs. For the auction, the gallery organized the creation of new works from a variety of international contemporary artists. Pieces will incorporate the spirit of the sport, with motifs on soccer, the foundation and the city of Miami. In addition, the club has donated jerseys and soccer balls, which will be used as canvases by a selection of artists. A significant portion of the proceeds will go directly to the foundation.

Fan Zones at Hard Rock Stadium

Prior to the match against Juventus on July 26, Paris Saint-Germain will sponsor giveaways and one-on-one opportunities for fans to take pictures with replicas of Paris Saint-Germain trophies. Several fans will join Paris Saint-Germain legends and Juventus players for an exclusive afternoon pool party. The Fan Zone Experience opens at 6:30 p.m. for the match against Juventus on July 26.
