Trader Joe’s In Fort Lauderdale To Open In October
Trader Joe's has long been a staple in our grocery routine, but driving to Pembroke Pines to get a fix of our favorites can be a pain. Fortunately, that won't be an issue anymore.
The Trader Joe's Fort Lauderdale location is set to open Oct. 15 at 8 a.m.
The 10,100-square-foot space in the 1600 Commons shopping plaza will be the store's 17th Florida location. Can't wait to try it? There are currently three nearby South Florida stores, located in Pembroke Pines, Boca and Delray. Another Trader Joe's is set to open in Davie on Oct. 9.
Synonymous with affordable and gourmet ready-to-eat products, Trader Joe's was founded in 1958 in the Los Angeles area as a small chain of convenience stores.
The chain has gained popularity throughout the years due to its more unusual items, which are introduced monthly. Some of August’s items include Sriracha ranch dressing, pickle-flavored popcorn and mac n’ cheese tortellini, which all sound pretty amazing if you ask us.
