Broward House Presents Dining Out For Life 2019
On Thursday, April 25th, Broward House is proud to present the seventh annual Broward County installation of Dining Out For Life® hosted by Subaru of America, Inc. On this date, participating restaurants across the county – covering everything from breakfast, lunch and dinner to ice cream and cocktails – will donate a generous percentage of their sales to Broward House, supporting their mission to provide HIV prevention, education and care throughout the community. Standing up for the cause is easy: simply bring friends and family members to dine out at one of the participating restaurants on April 25th: the larger your tab, the greater the contribution given back to Broward House.
Broward House President and CEO Stacy Hyde states, “Unity is what overcomes stigma, people are what make change. We are grateful to have the support of our local restaurants in raising funds for the care and awareness of HIV. We invite everyone to enjoy a meal at one of these giving restaurant partners on April 25th and support these restaurants throughout the year. Supporting our businesses that demonstrate social compassion make our community stronger. Your presence will make a difference for those we serve and combat stigma by stating HIV Care and Prevention matter.”
Restaurant partners include the “Legacy Restaurants,” which have supported Broward House every year for the event’s seven year run in Broward County: Rosie’s Bar and Grill, The Over Easy Café, Mojo Restaurant and Lounge, Georgie’s Alibi, and Wilton Creamery. Additionally, several restaurants have committed to donate an impressive 50% of their gross event sales to Broward House: Georgie’s Alibi, Wilton Creamery, American Icon Brewery, Voo La Voo, Burgers and Beers, and Temptations at The Country Club of Coral Springs.
