Hardy Park Bistro
Chef Phil Darmon welcomes seasonal ingredients into the ever-changing menus at Hardy Park Bistro, and this time around is no different. Menu highlights include grilled jerk chicken skewers with jasmine rice, grapefruit salad and yogurt; and grilled skirt steak with chimichurri served alongside fingerlings, arugula, asparagus and a seeded mustard dressing. Zak the Baker breads will also be featured on all sandwiches and platters.

Head on over to Harvest for its new spring menu, and feel even less guilty if you end up frequenting, because most items are 500 calories or less. SuViche brings six new specialty dishes to its features menu. Pair the Butcher’s Roll (juicy steak with garlic cream cheese and finished with lomo sauce) with a drink off the revamped beverage program featuring dynamic cocktails.
