New Menus Offered at Hardy Park Bistro, Harvest Season Grill & Wine Bar and SuViche

Hardy Park Bistro

Chef Phil Darmon welcomes seasonal ingredients into the ever-changing menus at Hardy Park Bistro, and this time around is no different. Menu highlights include grilled jerk chicken skewers with jasmine rice, grapefruit salad and yogurt; and grilled skirt steak with chimichurri served alongside fingerlings, arugula, asparagus and a seeded mustard dressing. Zak the Baker breads will also be featured on all sandwiches and platters.

Harvest Seasonal Grill & Wine Bar

Head on over to Harvest for its new spring menu, and feel even less guilty if you end up frequenting, because most items are 500 calories or less. Check out the new Avocado Artichoke Dip made with organic yogurt, Tuscan kale, roasted red pepper oil, herbed Naan chips and black lava salt. SuViche brings six new specialty dishes to its features menu. Pair the Butcher’s Roll (juicy steak with garlic cream cheese and finished with lomo sauce) with a drink off the revamped beverage program featuring dynamic cocktails. Available exclusively in Fort Lauderdale, the “Lunch to Lush” promotion allows guests to earn a happy hour chip for every $25 spent during lunch, Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., dine-in only.
